Carnad's actuator systems are custom-fabricated mechanical interfaces that bridge the gap between the F-Kit's motor assembly and the diverse world of bicycle frame geometries. Each actuator is designed for millimeter-perfect alignment and repeatable production quality.

Our approach follows a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) methodology from day one. Every actuator design passes through proprietary jig-based assembly processes — ensuring that what works in prototype works identically at scale, with zero manual adjustment needed on the production line.
