Engineered from Scratch
The BÄRGVŐLF is Carnad's proprietary Motor Generator Unit — a high-efficiency BLDC motor engineered entirely in-house. Unlike off-the-shelf motors adapted from generic platforms, every aspect of this unit is tuned for the specific thermal, electrical, and mechanical demands of Indian urban cycling.
Our motor design philosophy prioritizes real-world efficiency over peak specification numbers. Thermal management is built into the core architecture — not bolted on as an afterthought. This means consistent performance in 45°C ambient temperatures without derating.
The custom controller firmware enables precise torque delivery curves, regenerative braking profiles, and intelligent power management — all developed in-house for tight integration with the F-Kit's pedal-assist system.
